Today,Rama Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital organized an engaging essaycompetition under the esteemed guidance of Dr. Udhaya Shankar T. The event sawthe participation of 16 enthusiastic students, who were given the opportunityto showcase their knowledge and perspectives on two significant topics:"Role of Dincharya in Maintenance of Health" and "Need of Pathya- Apathya in Modern Day Lifestyle."

Participantswere tasked with crafting a 200-word essay within a 30-minute timeframe. Thecompetition aimed to highlight the importance of daily routines (dincharya) anddietary regulations (pathya-apathya) in promoting health and preventing commondiseases. The students eloquently expressed how adhering to a structuredlifestyle and consuming a balanced diet, as advocated by Ayurvedic principles,can significantly enhance individual and collective well-being.

Essaysreflected a deep understanding of how modern lifestyle choices contribute tovarious health issues and how traditional practices can mitigate theseproblems. The participants emphasized that maintaining a healthy dincharyaensures the health of each individual, which in turn contributes to the healthof families and ultimately, the nation.

Thecompetition concluded with the announcement of the winners:

2. 2nd Place: Ms. Akriti Kumari
3. 3rd Place: Ms. Riyansha Gupta and Ms. Sukanya Shukla
